As Chairman, Varma is responsible for the overall operations and sales of the company. His strategy has proven to retain talent, customers and not only maintain revenue but also show a magnificent percentage of growth in revenue. In September 2013, Varma purchased Ksquare Solutions Inc. which had revenues of $330K and quickly grew Ksquare to 12M in revenue by end of 2016. Varma initiated a Veterans into Technology program at Ksquare which helps unemployed veterans with no prior technical experience by offering a paid 16-week training boot camp & finding employment with existing clients. Varma plans to continue this initiative for the next 5 years and bring in employment to at least 100 veterans.
Venket Kandanala is Group CEO for KSquare (KSquare-USA & KSquare - Center of Excellence Mexico), working on building world-class engineering teams, define company strategy and manage the company’s overall resources and operations. Prior to this, Venket was part of the senior leadership team at leading fortune 50 companies, Fannie Mae, Barclays and Verizon, driving mission-critical digital transformation initiatives. As a technologist, he is passionate about building enterprise-grade systems with amazing customer experiences at the core. He holds multiple patents in AI, NLP, ML and Customer experience.Venket is alumni of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge and lives in Dallas with two teenagers and wife Lakshmi.
Angela serves as a Managing Executive Partner, heading Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Information Security, and the Program Management Office. As a key executive reporting to the CEO, Venket Kandanala, Angela operationalizes strategy by creating, scaling, and optimizing operations across the organization.Angela is a creative, proficient, and strategic Information Technology Leader with over 20 year's expertise leveraging technology and leadership best practices to design and enhance enterprise IT initiatives. Prior to joining KSquare, she worked at JP Morgan Chase, Fannie Mae, Epsilon, and Sprint. As a Cross-functional leader she made an impact across many aspects of these businesses, including managing business offices, establishing international operation centers, implementing scalable technologies, and mentoring staff while aligning business relationships, human capital needs, and strong financial controls. During her tenure with these various companies in diverse industries, she developed and executed IT strategic plans in information security, software development, emerging technologies, and new product development. In each instance, she tripled the size of the organization while founding and implementing solid operating models for each area of the organization.
Dirgesh Patel serves as the CEO of the KSquare Salesforce.com Business Unit and comes with over 15 years of experience in information technology, where he has been a proven business leader of international organizations. Dirgesh is a hands-on leader who focuses on client satisfaction while empowering employees to reach their goals. Throughout his career, Dirgesh has held various positions from management to leadership roles, allowing him to create strategic partnerships, organic growth, and invest in the future for a wider movement in the ecosystem.Prior to arriving at KSquare, Dirgesh was employed at NTT Data Services, where he held various positions, including Vice President of Cloud Delivery, where he managed infrastructure and SaaS. He ended his duration with NTT Data as Vice President of Global Salesforce.com COE, where he managed delivery centers globally while maintaining a growing portfolio.During his free time, Dirgesh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and trying new restaurants. He was raised in Mumbai, India, where he first discovered his passion for technology and its opportunities to solve problems around the world. Upon arriving in the USA, he attended Portland State University.
Alicia joins Ksquare as a Managing Executive Partner, leading Employee Engagement and Employee Marketing. Reporting directly into the CEO, Venket Kandanala, Alicia is focused on the overall training strategy, engagement activities, strategic partnerships, and innovative employee marketing practices.Alicia’s strength in navigating people derives from her wide range of experiences involving very dynamic groups. Alicia graduated from the University of San Francisco where she was a student-athlete and played an integral role in transforming a two-win record team to a conference championship team. As team captain, she developed the ability to identify the dichotomy of leadership and the challenges that come with it. Alicia has experience in the Non-Profit Sector leading Business Development and fundraising efforts for a $500+ million dollar portfolio. She also took a lead role in redefining the standard for internal and external communication between partners. Alicia most recently comes from the Financial Services Industry at Fannie Mae. Here, she was leading COO engagement in the Plano Office, specifically focused on intern integration and enterprise-wide engagement events.
Marc serves as a Managing Executive Partner, heading Product and Services as well as Channel Partnerships. Reporting to the CEO, Venket Kandanala, Marc is a cross-functional leader bringing the organization together to meet business goals and drive value into our intellectual property to better serve our customers.Marc is a passionate and strategy minded Technology Leader with over 20 years’ experience bringing the best of breed solutions and industry-standard best practices to enterprise product initiatives. With experience in a wide range of initiatives, he has successfully launched products ranging from mobile banking platforms to enterprise API infrastructure. Before joining KSquare, Marc worked the fintech sector within Fannie Mae, Alkami, and Barclays Bank where he built development and product teams from the ground up and established ways of working to bring quality, speed and value to the customer.
Glenn Kohner has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, CRM and executive leadership.He works with customers and partners to redesign processes that leverage Salesforce.com. Glenn’s rare mix of sales and engineering experience offers an integrated perspective to clients.With over 8,000 hours of billable work on the most complex Salesforce.com projects, Glenn was the ninth person worldwide to become a Salesforce.com Certified Technical Architect. He has supervised another 50,000+ billable hours of work on the platform.He has extensive experience in business excellence programs like ISO 9000, Six Sigma and CMMI and has completed many implementations for 1000+ users.
Luis is the head of Kstudio, Kquare Inc design branch. He is responsible for shaping and extending Ksquare's design culture to every corner of our company.He has more than 15 years of experience in product design -- user research, intuitive information architecture, usability testing, and design systems. In addition to the full spectrum of UX skills he has client-facing experience and has helped many startups and businesses redefine their customer experience to meet their business needs.He has designed enterprise web and mobile apps for real estate, education, banking, healthcare, media, entertainment, fintech, and retail industries
